The International Association of Iranian Managers (I-Aim) and Atieh Bahar Consulting proudly present their second *Executive Workshop on Entrepreneurial Management*, which will be held from 6-9 July, 2008 in cooperation with the Commercial Section of the Austrian Embassy . This is a unique training program that combines academic instructions by world-class faculty, with lectures by successful hands-on work.

Dr. *Zahed Sheikholeslami *(PhD, Iowa State) the director of Project Based Learning at *California Polytech* and Dr. *Hazhir Rahmandad* (PhD, Post Doc, MIT Sloan School) an assistant professor at *Virginia Tech *will be the main instructors of the program. *Ms. Yasin Saadanejadi* (MBA, Boston University will be leading the discussions on CSR and *Dr. Ali Mostashari *(PHD, MIT) will lead the Risk Management session by Video Conference from New York.
They will be joined by special guest lecturers such as Dr.* Hassan Alaghband, *CEO,* Balli Group* and Dr. *Alinaghi Mashayeki*, Professor, *Sharif University School of Management*, and *Dr. Bijan Khajehpour*, CEO, *Atieh Bahar Consulting*.

*Program Curriculum*

Our intensive workshop will challenge you to grow as an entrepreneur and manager, to shape powerful ideas into decisive action plans, and to think and manage differently in a changing business world. Specifically, during the four days of training, participants gain the knowledge and skills needed to:

*Recognize Opportunities*

*Determine Feasibility*

*Write a Business Plan *

*Identify Needed Strategies*

*Acquire Human and Capital Resources*

*Operate the Venture*

*Decide on Growth, Development and, if needed, Demise*

In addition, participants will engage in individual and group *hands-on project* and will be closely mentored by the workshop faculty at every stage. All educational sessions will be held in Persian (Farsi).

*Admissions*

**Your application will be reviewed by a selection committee before granting acceptance. In-take is limited to approximately 40-50 students, based on eligibility and on first-come, first served basis. Candidates are
encouraged to apply as soon as possible.

*Workshop Fee***

The workshop fee is Rls 5,950,000 for the four-day period and covers all lectures, educational materials, meals and the cost of the workshop certificate. Early registrants (by 14 June) enjoy a 7% discount and a fee
of Rls 5,500,000.

*Workshop Certificate***

Participants who successfully present their final entrepreneurship project will receive a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from the International Association of Iranian Managers.
